First home related:
Do we have to use Park Homes Spain Ltd to buy a home in Spain? No, our service is optional.
Is the service completely free to the buyer? Yes, if we project manage it is a free service.
After the deposit to the manufacturers are my payments safe? Yes, held in trust by a third party.
Is the third party trust Company regulated? Yes, regulated by the FSA and HMRC.
When do they pay the dealership? When you confirm that the sale has been completed.
Can I look at homes in the UK? Yes, we arrange that you deal direct with a UK mobile home dealership.
Is my home insured during transit? Yes it is 100% covered by the transporters themselves.
Who arranges the transport? The dealer chooses which transporter but we monitor the process on the buyers behalf.
After the initial deposit is paid can I change my mind? Yes, but you will forfeit the deposit.
Will I get back all the rest of the money paid? Yes, only the initial deposit is not returned.
Is the home inspected before and after transport? Yes, we can supply photos as well.
When do I pay the balance of the home itself? When the home is built and ready for transport.
Who owns the home after that stage? Technically you because all payments would have been made.
Do I have to be in Spain when the home arrives? Only if you want to be. We deal with everything.

Am I guaranteed a contract with the park? That is the first item we ensure.
Can I deal direct with the park? Only if they can accommodate that. Most prefer agents.
Can I reserve a plot that I like? Yes, we or the agents will arrange that
Is all the paperwork taken care of? Yes, the park will arrange everything.
Will the home be installed correctly? Yes, we oversee the installation.

Now service related:
Do you have access to the money paid after the home is built? No, it is held in trust by the third party company.
Will I be dealing with them? Yes, you deal with them direct at all times.
Will they pay the dealership before the sale completes? They only pay on your contract instructions to them.
What happens if there is a dispute? Resolution procedures are agreed in advance.
When does the sale complete? When the home is installed and the keys handed over.
I am not in Spain, who has the keys? The park or ourselves can hold them for you.
What about home insurance? Normally around 250 Euros a year and we can arrange it.
Can you project manage for any dealership? Yes we can and are happy to do so.
