It offers the choice of either resale mobile homes that are already established on the park, new UK mobile homes from all the major UK mobile home manufacturers or the chance to relocate your existing mobile home onto the park. There is a small selection of resale mobile homes and a huge selection of new UK manufactured mobile homes that can easily be transported to Spain. For moving your existing mobile home onto the park all we would need to know is 1) age of mobile home, 2) make of mobile home, 3) size of mobile home and 4) current location of the mobile home. Based on that information we would be able to give you a base cost.
Mobile homes have already been relocated from other parks in Spain with ease. What is more with Carefree Lifestyle Ltd a new mobile home does not have to be paid in full before it is established on the park. They are a long established company and have relationships with all the major manufacturers.

Firstly you are invited just to come and take a look. It is always the first and most important stage. During the visit you are simply shown the park and village (unless on a dedicated 3 day visit where you are shown Antequera as well). There is absolutely no attempt to sell a home or reserve a plot or choose a resale mobile home at this stage. That is guaranteed.
Secondly the sheer quality of the park and the plot sizes make the park one of the very top parks in Spain and with park fees only 330 Euros it is also a lot cheaper than many coastal joint camping/mobile home parks.
With a top park you can quite rightly expect the very best of service. The management are dedicated to ensuring that the residents enjoy life to the full.
Upon becoming a resident on the park the office then deals with all the formalities that you will need to go through. They register you with the doctors, they apply for your NIE papers so that you can make major purchases in Spain such as a car and they register you with the local council. There is also no council tax to pay as a resident on the park.

There is a lot to think about as far as moving to Spain and living in a mobile home is concerned. Many of the residents living on the park already have never lived abroad before. The fact that the park is so well managed and the residents are taken good care of means that moving to Spain and not speaking the language is not a problem at all. The office staff are there to deal with everything in Spanish or Spain related.
Unlike mobile home parks in the UK there is no local taxes to pay on top of the monthly park fees. For the residents already living here they also get to enjoy much lower prices on things like fuel, drink and of course tobacco for those who smoke. The quality of life is so much better and of course fruit and vegetables are bought from the market as fresh as they can be.
Malaga and Granada airports are an easy drive with it being motorway all the way. The coast is less than an hours drive for those who like to visit the "costas" although most residents prefer to remain in real Spain.
Next door to the park is the hotel Tempranillo. A fantastic 16th century hotel. Although the mobile home park itself has a bar in the leisure complex it is still very nice to mix it with the locals in the wonderful surroundings of the hotel.
The village of Alameda is a typical Andalucian village. The villagers are very friendly and love having the English in their community. Residents on the park are already well involved in the village and just watching them enjoy themselves can be just as much fun. The village has everything that is needed from supermarkets to tapas bars. It is worth noting that in the tapas bars and restaurants you will be charged normal prices and not tourist prices.
The village is also traditional in that they celebrate many fiestas in a way that only the Spanish can do. Very colourful and with lots of noise. The processions through the village attract a lot of interest.

Visitors to the village and park often leave with a lasting impression.
