Park fees are only 300 Euros per month and the park is open all year.

The park is currently under development but already has all the infrastructure in place. There are already homes on the park and the residents enjoy the hotel facilities that is alongside the park itself. The views from this park are out of this world which is what makes this park so popular. Las Vistas is Spanish for "The Views".

Single unit mobile homes and double unit park homes are allowed onto the park. There are already a good mix of both UK and Spanish manufactured mobile homes already on the park.

First thoughts:
The views, they will blow you away. When the hotel decided to build a mobile home park next door they knew what they were doing. The park is designed for only 50 homes which will make this park very exclusive. The park is also being developed to a high standard and the residents already living there can see that for themselves every day. The village of Los Corrales is also very close and is typically Spanish with prices being more for the locals and not for the tourists unlike down on the coast.

The park is situated outside the village of Benajarafe which is a small sea front town with a good promenade. All facilities from Banks to Supermarkets can be found in the village. The village has a fantastic bus service to Torre del Mar and Malaga so own transport is not needed. There is also a very good garden centre close by as well as a huge restaurant complex right on the beach.

This park is well worth taking a look if you are thinking of retiring. |
Visiting:
The park welcomes visitors provided an appointment is made so that the visitor can be met at the entrance and let in thanks to the security gate at the entrance of the park. We are happy to make any arrangements.
