With high property prices currently being asked for on the Costa Del Sol in Spain the possibility of owning a dream home in the sun might seem for many out of reach. |
Living in Spain has many advantages. Prices are so much cheaper than in the UK with fuel at least 30% cheaper and Tobacco and Alcohol being well over 50% cheaper. That means that if you are retired and living on a pension your money will go much further. One other big advantage in living in Spain is that the medical facilities in Antequera and Mollina are second to none. There is a new hospital in Antequera working under capacity as well as a 24hour medical center in the village of Mollina. Getting registered is all taken care of as we have someone who offers a full translation service making sure language is never a problem and ensures that you are fully registered.

The Parks them selves are very secure with remote controlled access and manned receptions. You are in Spain but part of an English community. The residents on the Parks arrange their own entertainment such as quiz nights and excursions to Gibraltar and other places of interest. The Parks are in the heart of Andalucia and there are many places of interest within a short distance away. |
For the sporting types there is a golf course in Antequera as well as good fishing on the local lakes. Walking is also a good past time with walks around the lakes being a favourite ending up at the bar of course. Other points of Interest is the weekly English market at Hotel Saydo, the local donkey sanctuary ( they also welcome volunteers ) and the weekly Spanish markets in the villages.
