We at Park Homes Spain Ltd are very happy to visit any park on the Costa del Sol now and on the Costa Blanca starting in September. Telling website visitors how good parks are and how everything is in order is exactly what we do. We of course will always be honest because our reputation will be on the facts that we publish. The park license has to be inspected by us as well as copies of the park contracts in relation to the residents. This has to be in pdf format so we can send it out to anyone who requests a copy. Every park we visit that qualifies to be added to our portfolio has to accept that we will list the not-so-good points as well as the good points. There is no such thing as a perfect park. The visitor to the website will decide if the good points outweigh any not-so-good points and as always they must be allowed to visit the park without any pressure to buy a home on the park. When we visit a park we not only take a look at everything we need to but we also speak to residents already living there. That is great because it means we are already doing the research for people who are in the UK and are unable to do it themselves. Feedback is important and will be included in our report on the park. Joint camping/mobile home parks or residential parks all have something to offer the right client so if you see the terms quality park used in the beginning of the report then reading all about the facilities offered, location of the park and costs involved is then recommended. |

On some parks such as Park La Posada there are dedicated agents looking after clients visiting the parks. When this is the case the dedicated agent can arrange short fact finding visits from the UK costing less then £70 per person. Where there is a case of agents involved they have to agree to our very strict "No Pressure" policy and again there is nothing to gain by them doing so because we will be project managing the sale and with us there is far longer than any seven day cooling off period. The process of ordering a mobile home can and should take weeks after deciding on a park so that the right home has been seen and chosen having seen many. |

We have said all along that we do not sell homes so the need for us to be involved whilst looking at the parks themselves does not arise.
