If you already own a mobile home in Spain or the UK Park La Posada allows you to bring it onto the park. This is great news for those who have bought a mobile home already and now wish it was on a park as good as Park La Posada. We assist in all the arrangements from transporting the home from it's present location to installing it on its plot on Posada. The last home was transferred from a park not far from Antequera and the whole move including transport and installation was only 4000 Euros. The owner is now saving 100 Euros a month in park fees and has their home on a 5* dedicated mobile home park.

Now for some good news for those people trying to sell a mobile home on a park in Spain whilst not using it. Park La Posada also has show plot facilities. This enables sellers to offer their own mobile homes for sale without having to pay the monthly site fees which in some cases on camp sites along the coast can be in excess of 450 Euros a month.

How does it work?

Using our relocation service the home is transported to Park La Posada but not fully installed on a plot as it will remain unoccupied. There are no site fees to pay but simply 50 Euros a month security charge. The home can then be sold either on site if it is a single unit or off site if it is a double unit. When the home is sold the park charges 4.5% commission only. The beauty of this way of selling your mobile home is that whilst it is up for sale the seller is not paying the monthly park fees as if they were living in the home.
