Significantly re-modelled for 2009, the innovative layout of the new
Winchester finesse provides flexible accommodation with a difference.
The main living space is cleverly subdivided into distinct,
well-proportioned areas that combine harmoniously to create a unique style
that flows throughout the entire holiday home.
Upon entry into the Winchester 'finesse' you are greeted by a separate
entrance hall that leads into a bright, airy dining area that is immersed in
light cascading through the Velux® skylight and large side window. The
well-designed kitchen incorporates a full-sized integrated fridge-freezer,
along with a wide range of base and wall units.
The soft tones of the lounge are enhanced by a stylish, free-standing
three-piece suite and a feature corner fire with low-level storage unit.
Whether you choose Outlook French doors or full-height windows, the
Winchester 'finesse' offers the optional finishing touch to suit your needs.
The bathroom features a modern walk-in shower enclosure, and whether it is
the two or the three bedroom version there are two separate WCs (en-suite in
the two bed version).
The warm sanctuary of the main bedroom is augmented by subtle accent
lighting, and the co-ordinated bedding and luxurious padded headboards in
